Avocados are very toxic to dogs. They contain a substance in them known as persin which doesn’t favor the dog’s digestive system and can cause severe diarrhea and vomiting.

Onions contain thiosulphate which is very poisonous for the dogs. If consumes in larger quantity it might even cause death.

Chocolates tend to have methylxanthines in their composition which is what affects the dog. Methylxanthine is very poisonous for the dogs and causes an adverse effect on the dog’s metabolism and can cause a deadly effect on their health.

Grapes and Raisins
Yes, vets strictly suggest that this fruit should be avoided at all times for the dogs. Grapes and dried grapes (raisins) are both equally poisonous for the dog and can cause damage to the kidneys completely.
So, if you have a bowl of fruit laying around the house with grapes on them then make sure you keep in a place away from the dog.
